Welcome back to our "Meet the Mammals" series! Meet Trumpet, the matriarch of our spotted family. 🦭

All of our harbor seals are trained to participate in their own healthcare! This means, we practice "going to the doctor" with our seals to make sure they are comfortable for the actual exam. Today, trainer Allison explains the steps we take to prepare Trumpet for a voluntary blood collection.
