Hi, Gio! 👋🏽🦭

Meet Gio, one of our California sea lions. With her distinct coloring and big expressive eyes, she’s easy to recognize.

Training is an important part of Gio’s care. It keeps her mentally stimulated and shows just how smart sea lions are. Gio knows more than 150 behaviors, from saluting and blowing a kiss to walking like a penguin, smiling, and even flexing her whiskers!
