Jennifer is a songwriter, musician, author, and award-winning filmmaker who has autism. She lives in a residential facility in Florida and besides music and film, loves fishing and cuddling with her dog Lemonade. Jennifer also plays keys for her church and is a member of American Mensa. Her goal is to one day get her music into film and television.
After a very long and challenging year, we are excited to announce the 2nd annual Danny Awards, sponsored by René Plessner. To give our Award Recipients the event that they deserve, we are pushing the 2021 Danny Awards back until March 19, 2022, at 4:00-6:00 PM EST, in the hopes of hosting it live in New York City, and live streaming it globally via the internet.
A panel of judges comprised of musicians and music industry professionals will have selected top Award Recipients, chosen from video submissions in two categories; “Outstanding Original Song” and “Joyful Expression of a Cover Song”. Each Award Recipient will receive a personalized Danny Award memorializing their achievement, an honorarium of $500; plus, up to a $500 travel reimbursement (reimbursement to be made based on actual expenses incurred and submitted).
