Let your blooms sit in a jar, covered in hot water, until the water has cooled to room temperature.

When the water has cooled (or sat overnight) strain out the flowers.

Add 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for every 1 cup of water, store in fridge for up to a month, and use it to sweeten any cup of hot or iced tea or (my favorite) flavor kombucha.

Leave a comment and I'll send over the printable recipe & my list of all the flowers I use to make simple syrups. ❤️🌸🌹🪻
