First off we have the deeply unsettling Bugs Bunny parody ‘Wabbit Season’ animated by MeatCanyon. Because Warner Bros legally had to assert that they owned the intellectual property within that video after copyright striking it, Fans argued this legally categorized MeatCanyon's horrific Bugs Bunny as an official variant of the character.
To cash in on the 90’s live-action Mario movie’s hype, a mature-rated parody film starring Ron Jeremy was produced, often called Super Hornio Bros, and Nintendo bought its full rights to completely restrict public viewing & keep locked away in their archives. This does make it official property under the Nintendo parasol.
Sega’s official Sonic The Hedgehog Twitter account has one rule. Everything is canon. By officially endorsing fan memes, Sega validated creepypastas like Sonic.exe, along with their variants like big.exe, & even went as far as to include literal fan-made parody characters like Sanic in their games.
And finally we have the Dragon Ball Z Abridged fan dub by TeamFourStar. DBZ game developer Bandai Namco hired the TeamFourStar voice actors to record official lines for Dragon Ball Xenoverse. Players could choose "Voice 15" for their custom character, which was literally the DBZA parody voice of Nappa making inside jokes from the fan series
