Newton's First Law on Motion is the concept that an object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an external force. This video looks at Newton's law as the first lesson on forces in this mechanics sector. Forces is a large concept of A-Level Maths and this video also introduces the idea of resolving forces.
