Sadly the gap on negative side is to big but I'm rereading Tesla lecture and guess what:

Maybe in my subconsciousness this was circling around from few years ago when I read that :)
I have a mica plate used in microwaves that is big (30x30cm) and is only 0.5mm thick.
I tested if it can handle the 10KV and that's no problem so I only need to cut it,
I'm going to get another motor (same type because it works perfect to go to higher rpm) to build a new setup.
