!!! Attention: In this experiment I use high voltage, only experiment if you know how to handle high voltage and at your own risk !!!
In this video I wanted to know what the minimum limit is of the voltage of capacitor to maintain a continuous negative field from Earth ground.
Limit is between 5 to 6KV so personally I would go for setup with 7KV minimum.

Off course the big question: is there also such a limit for maintaining a positive field?
If it is, it's certainly at a higher level.
