I succeeded in replacing the FFSH30120 SIC diode with BYC5600 diode by adding capacitors in parallel.
Somebody told me a few days ago that a diode is also a capacitor when in blocking mode so I decided to measure the capacity of the diodes I tried and the FFSH30120 had around 2nF while the BYC5600 40pF.
Calculating reactance gave me 13.26 ohm for the 2nF at 6Mhz, XC = 1 / (2 * π * f * C) & 663.14 ohm for the 40pF @ 6Mhz.
Measuring all the diodes I've tested for capacitance in blocking mode I saw that the same order was created then compared to the output I experienced during the tests.
So I decided to go for a impedance value of 50ohm and came to +-500pF.
So I added capacitors to the BYC5600 diode and after powering on the circuit I was amazed of the result.
Now due to the 50ohm current is high but the point of this video is to show you how you can change a diode that didn't seem to give any good output to create even better output (looking from reversed polarity led on input side).
