Meatballs and Brussel Sprouts in 15 minutes in the microwave pressure cooker.

While the microwave did the work, I was doing laundry, helping Emily with homework, and kept the baby busy with toys.

Our pressure cooker Say Yes offer for $15 ends tomorrow, Nov 9th. PM for more info on how to get the $149 pressure cooker for $15.

2.5 lbs ground beef
1.5 cups brussel sprouts
1 packet lipton dry onion soup mix
1 egg
1 can tomato sauce
4 fresh oregano leaves (can use 1 teaspoon dry oregano)
4 cloves garlic, minced. I used my garlic wonder gadget
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste

Mix ground beef with onion soup mix and 1 egg. Form into balls and set aside.

In pressure cooker, place brussel sprouts. Top with garlic, garlic salt, and oregano leaves. Place meatballs on top. Cover with tomato sauce and pepper. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Allow to depressurize.

While it was depressurizing, I made my spaghetti noodles.

In the microwave pasta maker, put 2 servings of spaghetti. Measurements are on the pasta maker. Cover with water up to the corresponding water line. Cook UNCOVERED for 15 minutes.

Place pasta maker cover on top making sure to face the arrow towards the drain holes. Tilt to drain. Done!

*Cook times will vary based on microwave wattage. I use a 1,100 watt microwave.*
