Hey dudes, dudettes and dudles!
Yes, I am auditioning for Mx Disney once again, this is my third time auditioning. If I get in this year that's 3 out of 3! This is unarguably the best and most popular (non)Disney editing contest. It's super old too, been a part of the community since I started getting really into editing I think x'D I have so much respect for the host Applekiss for always putting this together every year, she has every ounce of my respect for that. It really brings editors together. So I want to take this chance to thank her for doing all that work each and every year, her and the other judges as well.

OK, enough of what almost sounds like ass-kissing xD Let's talk about the plot!

An old woman, by most referred to as Ms. Tweed, is enjoying a calm evening in her cottage when she and her pet fox hears a scream outside. She goes outside to see a young woman, merely out of puberty, sprawled on the ground with her suitcase and its contents fallen around her. Tweed brings her inside and lets her rest there for the night.
The next morning, Tweed calls her neighbor Wendy Darling over to discuss what to do with the young girl who seems to have hit her head so hard that she's having trouble remembering certain things. Darling suggests looking through the girl's suitcase to help them find out what might have happened and who she is.
In the meantime, the girl is waking up in the unfamiliar bedroom to the sound of a voice screaming inside her head. She tries to reach for the door, but her head starts throbbing and she sits down on the floor to compose herself.
Darling and Tweed have just opened the girl's suitcase and finds an employee profile meant for the expedition to Agrabah, an expedition all over the news lately. Tweed believes there must be a mistake, the girl she rescued last night is most definitely not suited for an expedition like this. Something else must be up. They also find out her name is Lina Benson, though the first part of her name is hidden by the picture attached to the document.
Lina walks into the room, greeting and thanking the women, but insisting she has to go. When Darling mentions Agrabah, Lina hears a voice screaming in her head again and yells back in a similar fashion. Tweed decides to confront her suspicions to Lina and asks her outright if she is going to Agrabah to escape from someone abusing her. Darling stops her interrogation though and tells her the best they can do for her is bring her to the airport. Especially if she is indeed running away.
Lina insists her memory is still fuzzy and she can't remember the details of her decision to go to Agrabah, she's not even sure who told her of the expedition, only that she was pleasantly surprised to be accepted. She gets on the airplane to Agrabah and finds a note Tweed left for her with her contact information if Lina ever needs them. She thanks the woman in her mind once again and smiles as she is now truly on her way to what she hopes to be the adventure of a lifetime.
