Story:
This video is of course a part of my Thraxette Beauty and the Beast AU, which I've only shared a few details of so far, but this is a definite scene in that AU. Odette has discovered Thrax's bedroom, a completely destroyed room in comparison to all the other beautiful rooms in the castle where he resides. In that room, she finds him in a rare mood; somber. He's usually sarcastic, snarky or downright threatening, but she caught him off guard and he fails in hiding his emotions. Without fully piecing the puzzle together, she notices a torn up painting behind him of a man who looks vaguely familiar to her... almost as if she knew him in another life, or perhaps a different age? Not willing to let the opportunity pass her by, Odette reaches out her hand to touch Thrax's skin and he can't help but lean into the touch; the first touch he has felt for well over a decade.
