We have successfully developed a method to flying a pelican on Outskirts without mods. Using the Arbitrary Unit Possession glitch, we can possess the pelican after it has loaded and gain control. This was done on The Master Chief Collection online co-op with myself flying and Harc The Shark the other player. Thanks for watching!
