The Planning Council enables feed kitchens, feed training, outreach and development, and collaboration with related agencies.
Brockel works with feed incubators, 75 different commercial members, and $2.5 million annually in useable sources of food collection and distribution. His leadership and links to still edible food from a total food-waste of 33-40% from stores (9-10%), the cleanup of Dane County farmers markets and businesses, are key sources in Dane County.
