The Marshall Master Lead Combo model 5010 is the solid state version of the JCM800 model 4010 combo which is the combo version of the 2204. This is an amazing amp. It may not sound like the amp it's meant to emulate but it does so many other classic vintage tones beautifully. Today I'm playing an early 1985 Marshall model 5010 with a 1969 Gibson SG Special, a 2021 Fender Telecaster CS 1960 Aged and a 2008 Gibson Les Paul R9.
