Sixteen-year-old Marley’s not your average volunteer. She’s part of a mother-daughter duo helping bring the 1850s Gold Rush era in Ballarat’s Sovereign Hill to life. Together, they’ve clocked up more than180 volunteer hours, and they also help deaf visitors engage with the experience through Auslan.
