Bursa Malaysia opened higher on Friday, tracking Wall Street’s positive performance overnight.

The FBM KLCI opened one point and 73 sen higher at 1,743 points and is expected to trend within the 1,740 to 1,750 range.

Malayan United Industries, Ingenieur Gudang and Aimflex were among the most actively traded counters.

In the cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin rose to RM326,682, while Ethereum climbed to RM10,186.
