Still not the Peach run that I want, but closer to it, and a good use of my time. This run is long and demanding- first the Note Block, and then balancing the correct MVP with Mercy Ruling your first 4 opponents, capped off with shutting out and striking out Bowser... whew. But I feel that I'm getting better at meeting those demands!

What went well:
Hitting the Note Block 20 minutes in is not bad! Essentially, it's free time saved. Hard to attribute that to skill, though...
MOST minigames were first try...
Every challenge was on time for Bowser- only needed Strikeout/Shutout Bowser going in. Had an especially easy time with Toad Home Run and Toad Body Check, and Peach/Daisy Double Play was well done.
DK was a 1st try Mercy Rule in the 3rd inning- overall pretty good!
Bowser also went well overall- finished 1st try with a Mercy Rule in the 4th inning.
What went wrong:
Failed 1st try Mercy Rules in Yoshi, Mario, and Wario. Yoshi's and Mario's were on my second game against them; I abandoned two Wario games halfway through because I couldn't score any runs, and got the mercy on my third attempt. Yoshi and Mario in particular were REALLY close to first try, with 9 and 8 innings going into the bottom of the 4th, respectively. Ah well.
Barrel Batter was a trainwreck. Daisy took 3 tries... at first. I missed my next two Toadsworth attempts, quit out to reload more attempts at the game... and then found out that I *didn't save after getting Daisy's bonus barrel*. So I had to do Daisy again, getting her bonus barrel on the 2nd try after loading back in, and then played one more Toadsworth game to finish him up. That's a total of 8 games of Barrel Batter. Awful, especially because not saving after Daisy was pure error...
What went alright but could have gone better:
I missed the 1st attempt at Strikeout Bowser because I used a Star Pitch (NEVER EVER DO THIS) and could only finish the match after cycling back to Bowser's at-plate. That said, the match ended a single at-bat after I nailed the strikeout 2nd try, which is about as good as you can do.
Moving on from Peach unless the record is beaten! Returning to DK next.
