Sad. Evil. Bone-chilling.
Home to the third 'Pipe Cup' course of the fictitious fan-designed "Mario Kart Wii: Royal Prix" -- and the game's penultimate track -- Dry Castle is the creepy, sinister and neglected abode of Bowser's skeletal kin, Dry Bowser.
To depict Dry Castle and its groaning masterlord, I have conceived a rather experimental work: an epic rock waltz, in "3/4 time". This is not at all usual for Mario Kart music; every other Mario Kart music track in history has been in "4/4 time".
For those who have listened to my "Finale & End Credits" track, you may notice that this is indeed the same melody in a minor key. Check out youtube.com/watch?v=gwHk6jCfNwM to see how Dry Bowser's Waltz has been morphed into an uplifting finale theme!
The piece uses a mixture of guitar harmonics and Indian-inspired instrumentation to depict the ancient living-dead character of Dry Bowser, awash with its unrelenting spiralling arpeggiated accompaniment to suggest his internal insanity. Note the five heartbeats beginning at 0:48; these echo in Dry Bowser's wistful memory of the days he was "alive".

TRACK 1:
WE CAN BE BILLIONAIRES (instrumental)
BowieZ
Burn all your photographs,
Throw em in the fire—
Forget all your memories,
Object of your desire
Dont wanna see the back,
Of anybody in the way, hey-ey—
Im gonna lose track,
Of everything I had to gain, hey-ey
America the bold, America the brave,
America the beautiful wont be saved—
Estates of gold desecrate the graves,
of all the children they enslave
Who built the ship, who fed the coal,
Who paid the price and who lost their soul,
But you still hope for what they promise:
We can all be rich, yeah,
We can all be famous,
Please take all the money,
Piece of cake, you can take your share—
Well exit wooden doors,
Onto marble floors,
Not a thing can stop us, cos well all be billionaires—
Be a maniac, yeah,
Dont give up your greenback!
Dont you know the Lord said:
There aint profit in being fair—
The wealthy theyre adored,
Well trample on the poor,
And not a thing can stop us, cos we can be billionaires—
Brown warfare, a dumpster fire of hot garbage on the ground,
Green welfare, up in the sky where the love is all around,
Feng shui prison cells, we can buy and sell our new cologne to hide the smell,
Silverware — clean it, drink it, smoke it, sing it:

÷ (instrumental)
BowieZ
We so divided,
We so div-i-i-i-i-i-ded,
This is how we fall united,
See how green the grass is,
How much brighter life is,
On the other side
Earthquakes: rip apart the common ground, and,
X-rays: but they wont take it layin down,
And heartaches: a resolution for New Years,
It makes: the planet split into new hemispheres
BRIDGE:
Oh, we so divided,
We so div-i-i-i-i-i-ded,
Oh, we so divided,
We so div-i-i-i-i-i-ded,
CHORUS:
This is how we fall united,
See how green the grass is,
How much brighter life is,
On the other side
