A few months ago I discovered an unused moon graphic in the game's code, and this is the resulting ROM hack where you can play at night with the moon in all game modes. I will update with a fun music change at some point. This patch will also unlock every player including gameboy color players and every course as well. Enjoy!
Download one of the patch files here, double click on the file and choose your Mario Golf N64 ROM you have provided yourself and the changes will be made. Use the 24MB version of Mario Golf (.z64) file.
The link below is the complete build with all players and courses unlocked. This is the BPS file (floating IPS) patch.

The link below is the patch you want to use if you ONLY want the environment changes to be made to the game.The game will be stock otherwise. This is the Lunar IPS file and can be combined with other ROM hacks/patches of mine.

If you apply mulitiple hacks/patches, you need to fix the checksum. Find and download chksum64 and drag and drop your ROM over it to fix the checksum.
