Heres the full walkthrough of Mario Forever Remake by Mariovariable3410. I was really disappointed that this is the same exact game as Mario Forver 4.0, only with some special areas removed, like Goomba Party, Koopa the Devastator and the Hardcore Worlds, so if anything, its actually more uninteresting than the original. It shouldnt even be called remake - its the same game as before, just with some fan-made worlds added to the front end (not exactly what Id call a remake, wouldnt you think) ! Technically this is the third time I play through Mario Forever, and for this reason I really didnt feel like giving instructions every step of the way again, so if you want a detailed walkthrough, check out the previous 2 vids listed above. The game is not bad, its just not worthy of being a standalone game, thats what bothers me. Id give it a 5 out of 10, just because its half of the original. Daniel out.")

I wasnt really satisfied with the way my first two videos of Hardcore World 2 turned out, because I failed to actually complete it and provide the fans with a complete video: the first time, I died even before reaching the castle (on level 3 to be exact) and the second time I got a little bit further and managed to enter the castle, but died again trying to beat it. Thats why I wanted to do it properly and have my revenge ! Another reason was to see if after completing it, itd take me to another level in the custom world by Syzxchulun (World 9). What do I mean by that ? Due to a bug in version 4.0 of Mario Forever, to play level 2 of World 9, you had to go through The Human Laboratory, so me and some fans though that maybe to access level 3 you have to complete another special area, but it didnt happen: even after completing every secret area in the game I still couldnt get to level 3 or 4 of World 9, but at least now I can say I beat Hardcore World 2 ! What can I say ? It was relentlessly difficult to do, mainly because there are no continues like in the main game ! It wouldnt be so bad if you didnt have to go through the earlier levels whenever you get game over ! By the time you eventually make it to the castle, you dont have any energy or patience to try it, so you end up dying again and have to go back to level one again, so its an endless cycle that can only be overcome with practice and nerves of steel (like mine) ! The first levels arent that easy either: the first one has an onslaught of spinies, the second has a series of tricky jumps you have to make and of course theres the infamous ceiling with spikes in level 3 ! The castle is pretty insane too: lots of fireballs moving at irregular patterns and no checkpoints along the way, so no matter how far you get, if you die, you always start back at the beginning ! Bowser is not as hard as he was in Hardcore World 1, but hes certainly no walk in the park either: he shoots fireballs quite rapidly and his energy meter is pretty long, so some patience is required to avoid getting yourself killed - rushing through is not good ! Anyway, watch and learn :)")

Heres my second go at World V, this time with a proper final level. There was really no point in playing the first 3 levels again, but the video wouldve been way too short, so to stall for time, I just sped up the levels that remained unchanged. Level 4 now plays correctly : the one sent to me last time wasnt programmed right, because youd start in the middle of the level right before Bowser. Even so, its very easy to beat him due to the bar at the end of the screen that you can hit like in all of the other levels and win instantly - highly unrewarding for a final boss. The other issues I addressed last time are yet to be solved : the audio, the transparency on the pipes, some typos here and there and the lack of an end screen. Im looking forward to seeing some more improvements, because this world has potential and Id be a pity to abandon the project. Its still on hold so far, so the verdict is postponed until more revision is done.")
