Marys Test Kitchen | Marinate tofu for a WEEK for the best protein prep // WHAT I ATE VEGAN #112 | Mary's Test Kitchen @marystestkitchen | Uploaded April 2022 | Updated October 2024, 52 minutes ago.
Hi friends,
Welcome back to What I Ate Wednesday! Today, you get a little behind the scenes look at how I work as a vegan food content creator. And of course, what I eat in a day.
I also share my method for my miso marinated tofu which has become an absolute must-have staple at my place. I may have lots of different tofu recipes on my blog. But THIS one with only 2 ingredients is the one you MUST TRY!
BTW, if you live in BC or in Alberta, you can check out the freshprep.ca!
They actually have amazing vegan meals every single week. When I had to be wheat-free for a while, I learned they had at least one that's vegan AND gluten-free, plus they have lots of sides like salads, veggie dishes, rice, and treats too. Not sponsored (though I'm working on an campaign with them for Instagram). I'm just stoked because no other meal kit service in Western Canada has options like these!
Thanks for watching and reading, my friend. If you've gotten this far, work the word "Wednesday" into your comment ;-)
