In 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. led the March on Washington. That's where he delivered that historic "I Have a Dream" speech. Followed was the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Tomorrow, 63 years later, another March on Washington.
