OK, I’m continuing my DC and Bias offset adjustment kick. Here’s my Marantz 140 boat anchor. 75WPC, 1976.
I’m front ending it with some EQ and it likely needs a recap as (apparently all?) Marantz components from the 70s do. This is the only Marantz piece I own. It was $6.99 at Goodwill about 20 years ago.
Bias was quite a bit off. Now it’s in within spec and performing quite well.
Also, the audio in this video sounds really bad, the Amazon Music version of this Yardbirds song is terrible.
