Some reinforcement bracing was added into the base of the bookshelves and the face frame is built in this episode. The face frame is designed to keep the shelves from sagging using a special piece underneath, attached to the face frame.

Now if I can figure out how to get this monster bookshelf out of my shop and into my truck...
