Testing the tuning range of a Mapex Black Panther Blaster 13 x 7" maple snare drum with internal walnut with a coated Evans Powercenter Reverse Dot batter head. Tuned from low to high, from a 3F to a 3B fundamental note, tested using a tune-bot.
Switch to HD for best audio quality. The resonant head was tuned the same (428 Hz), just the batter head was tuned from low to high. No EQ, FX or other processing applied.
