Robert Toomey, 32, a content creator, planned an elaborate plot to lead him and his fiancé to the perfect moment for him to get down on one knee and popping the question. Robert said: "I planned this for months, I started at the end and worked backwards. I knew I wanted to propose in front of a beautiful London backdrop while wearing a suit. "So I found the perfect location in front of Tower Bridge and created this elaborate plot to lead us to that moment without Lily suspecting anything while I film it all.
