This crazy moment was caught on camera where Senator Lidia Thorpe disrupted the Sydney Madi Gras parade by laying down in front of a float. Maxim Evans filmed this crazy moment on the 25th of February 2023 in Sydney where the iconic parade was brought to a halt after Senator Lidia Thorpe lay down in front of one of the floats. Senator Lidia Thorpe was eventually moved away by police which was met with cheers from Maxim and the rest of the crowd.
