Atsushi Sadaki, 64, captured the footage of this long armed octopus putting on an amazing display of its incredible camouflage abilities as it changes colour to blend into the sandy sea floor off the coast of Lembeh Island, Indonesia. 10 metres below the water’s surface Atsushi encountered this wonderful creature as it gracefully skimmed across the ground blending perfectly into its surroundings in an art like display of its camouflage abilities. Atsushi said, “I was not looking for this octopus specifically, it suddenly swam out from near me. “It is not a Flatfish, but swims beautifully gliding on the sand. Wonderful!
