Newly released footage from 2024 shows 33-year-old Nathan Owen claiming his Jaguar I-Pace had suffered a brake and acceleration failure to escape his vehicle finance agreement as he drove up to speeds of 130mph on a motorway.

He has been jailed for four years and three months.
