Dramatic CCTV shows the moment thieves towed a cash machine straight out of the ground outside a shop in Teddington.

After failing to break into the ATM with a hammer, the thieves strapped the unit to a car and tore it from its mountings before fleeing the scene.

Detectives have seized an abandoned vehicle and are appealing for information to trace four men.
