Body Cam Video Of Police Catching Man Illegally Camping - On December 5, 2024, at 1418 hours, an FWC officer received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a restricted area of St. Johns Water Management property in Hawthorne, FL. A St. Johns employee provided the vehicle’s location coordinates and license plate number, which were relayed to dispatch for verification.
At 1509 hours, the officer met with the employee, confirmed the vehicle’s details, and followed the employee to its location. At 1515 hours, the officer observed the vehicle, a tent, a small campfire, and camping gear. The officer approached the unoccupied vehicle and then a zipped tent, where a man was sleeping. The officer identified as FWC and directed him to exit and disclose any weapons. The subject stated a knife was inside. He exited while smoking a cigar, appearing calm but mildly disoriented. The officer verified his identity and confirmed ownership of the vehicle.
The subject, believing he was in an open public area, admitted he entered by moving a fence post. The officer informed him camping was not allowed and instructed him to pack up. The subject expressed concern about vehicle space. When asked about weapons, he disclosed an antique rifle, which the officer directed him to leave secured.
The officer informed him that nothing could be left behind. The subject continued packing but later stated he could not fit everything, though space remained. He was told this was the final warning and that noncompliance could result in arrest. The subject acknowledged and resumed packing.
Eighteen minutes later, the subject entered his vehicle and began moving. The officer ordered him to put it in park, which he did. When instructed to exit, he questioned why but complied. The officer reminded him to take all belongings, but the subject insisted he could not and suggested leaving them behind. When told this was not allowed, he became agitated, refused to hand over his keys, and stated, “Just sh my ass. F you.”
The officer attempted de-escalation, but the subject ignored commands and moved toward the vehicle. The officer warned that entering would result in the use of an ECW. The subject resisted and entered the vehicle. The officer deployed an ECW through the window, issuing verbal commands. Both deployments were ineffective. The subject dislodged the ECW probes, shut the car door, and resisted further.
After the officer gained access to the vehicle, the subject attempted to start it. The officer used an arm-bar technique to take him to the ground. A St. Johns employee assisted in keeping him from getting up. The officer secured his right arm while issuing commands, but he resisted, keeping his left arm under his body. After several minutes, he was placed in handcuffs while making statements such as “Just shoot me” and “You’re not a US officer.”
Backup arrived, and the subject was taken into custody without further incident.

![When You Punch A Police Boat & Resist Arrest
Bodycam Footage From 7/27/23, officers from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) were on water patrol on the east side of Peanut Island located within the Palm Beach Inlet. They observed a personal watercraft (PWC) operating in a posted slow speed/swimming zone. A vessel stop was initiated to address the violation, but the operator did not stop despite lights and sirens. Instead, the operator beached the PWC on the east-side of Peanut Island. With the assistance of his friends, the officers managed to get [REDACTED] to come to their vessel to address the speed violation.
While interacting with [REDACTED], his behavior was erratic, fluctuating between calmness and agitation. Despite efforts to calm him down, [REDACTED] became increasingly hostile upon learning he would receive a ticket for the speed violation and a warning for not having the required boater ID. He began cursing and making threats towards the officers. Despite attempts to de-escalate the situation, [REDACTED] became physically aggressive, pounding his fists on the patrol vessel and threatening the officers.
At this point, the officers decided to arrest [REDACTED] for disorderly conduct. They managed to subdue him with some difficulty and awaited backup from Palm Beach County Sheriff (PBSO) marine units. PBSO officers arrived and assisted in escorting [REDACTED] to the water-taxi dock on the east-side of Peanut Island, while one officer moved the patrol vessel to receive him on-board.Upon boarding, [REDACTED] was transported to Rybovich marina where two land units met them. [REDACTED] was then transported to Gun Club main jail. The man was charged with: Disorderly Conduct, Resisting arrest without violence,Violation of slow speed minimum wake regulations in Peanut Island, and Operating a vessel without a boater ID card, thus failing to comply with boat education laws.

![Party Girl Attempt To Seduce Police - Fails
Party Girl Attempts To Seduce Police Body Cam - Florida Fish and Wildlife Officers were engaged in a boating safety patrol on Lake Howard when they entered the canal leading from Lake Howard to Lake May. Within the canal, they heard a male voice shouting, Get out of the **** car! and Stop, don’t leave!
As the male continued to shout towards the vehicle, officers observed the vehicle pulling away. Instead of using the designated entrance/exit, the vehicle drove over a large curb to enter the roadway, resulting in the undercarriage striking the curb.
A short while later, officers witnessed the vehicle returning to the parking lot. Once again, the male, identified as [REDACTED], was heard yelling, Stop the f***** car! and Get out of the f****** car! Officers positioned their vessel next to the sea wall of the canal, and one officer disembarked onto the parking lot.
Approaching the vehicle and its occupants, the officer identified themselves as a Law Enforcement Officer. The officer instructed the passengers to move away from the vehicle and directed the operator to turn off the engine and roll down the window.
While conversing with one of the passengers, the officer detected a strong odor of alcohol emitting from her breath. Her speech appeared slurred and sluggish, requiring repeated requests for clarification. Additionally, her eyes were bloodshot, watery, and her eyelids drooped. Observing her physical stance, the officer noted her wide stance and instances of swaying from side to side.
Questioning the passenger about her alcohol consumption, she admitted to having a few drinks, specifically wine and tequila. However, she was unable to specify the quantity consumed. The officer informed her of their observations and requested her cooperation in performing Standardized Field Sobriety Tasks (SFST’s) to assess her impairment level. Despite initial reluctance, the passenger eventually agreed to perform the tasks.
Utilizing a cooler from the patrol vessel as a seat due to the uneven terrain, the officer administered the SFST’s. Following the completion of the tasks, the officer determined the passengers performance to be unsatisfactory and proceeded to place her under arrest for DUI.
Upon arrival at the jail, the officer monitored the passenger for 20 minutes to ensure compliance with protocols. Implied consent was read to the passenger, who ultimately agreed to a breath test. The results of the breath test revealed blood alcohol levels of 0.189 and 0.181.
