On October 16th, 2023 Florida Fish and Wildlife Officers Klipin, and Mitchel were on patrol in Polk County Florida.When they observed a man, later identified as Nathaniel holding a rod and reel, and actively fishing. After the officers attempt to conduct a resource inspection on the man, he flees on a bicycle, and runs right for the train tracks. After being cuffed, an officer hears a train approaching which was only a minute away.
