In this video I show how I made the multi colored ruffled underskirt for my 1880's Engagement Dress. I only sewed ruffles to the front and the sides of the underskirt as that is the only parts that will be seen after the overskirt is added. I think this underskirt turned out so fun! I love how all the different colors came together.
