Historical Belle | How to do a Regency Hairstyle | A la Brutus or Titus Hairstyle @HistoricalBelle | Uploaded April 2023 | Updated October 2024, 16 hours ago.
Dearest Reader, it has been a project of mine for sometime now to turn my husband into a proper regency gentleman. I have made him a vest and a coat, acquired for him pants and a shirt, but to complete the look it is time to do his hair. We decided to go for a neoclassical look and attempt an a la Brutus or Titus Hairstyle which was popular for men from the 1790s-1820s. But this hairstyle was not only worn by men, some very fashion forwards ladies donned this style as well therefore it is appropriate for all short hair.
