If you're into specialty coffee, you probably know how important water is to brewing. The topic of water for coffee brewing is becoming more and more mainstream. So when I passed this ZeroWater for sale I decided to buy it with the intention of stripping my tap water of everything (thus the "zero" in ZeroWater - it takes everything out) and building my own water (we'll see if I ever get there).
This video is unboxing, assembling, and TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) testing the ZeroWater along with my Brita filter and the questionable water that comes through my tap.
