Every coffee roaster wants to know - which bowl is best for coffee cupping? In this video I test 14 different bowls on price, heat retention, SCA compliance, overall look/feel, and if I would use them in my own roastery (or not). Honestly, I was surprised with the cups I liked best and the ones I thought I'd like but didn't stand out in practice.
