This video shows you about 3 hours worth of work condensed down into 30 minutes or so. It's an entire pipeline workflow, from sculpting, retopology, UV's, baking, texturing and even a little bit of Unity at the end.

I use 3d Coat as my primary software, but in this video we sneak into 3ds max a little just to sort out some placements.
