Awhile ago, I finished a waterjet cut aluminum fountain base for a koi pond. It was time to turn that sculpture into a fountain by building an 8' Diameter Fiberglass Bowl! But first, I would need a mold...

This process could be used for a wide variety of processes, especially where accuracy needs to be maintained. I documented the entire process over a few months of work. If anyone needs a giant bowl, let me know because I have a mold for one.
