I go through the steps for converting my Bosch router to use a ER20 style collet for my DIY CNC and testing the results.
Benefits of this are a more accurate kerf, reduced noise, extended tool life, etc... Most importantly for CNC is that you can hold much smaller tools and the reduced run-out will ensure that you will break fewer endmills.
