The Digital Mermaid | Making 90 Flexible Bus Bars! - 48v LFP Battery Build (Ep. 35) @TheDigitalMermaid | Uploaded August 2022 | Updated October 2024, 4 hours ago.
This covers the tedious, but worthy task of creating 90 marine-grade "flexible bus bars". All are made of 4x 80mm 10awg wires with a tested final resistance of 0.11 mΩ resistance, compared to the battery cells' 0.21 mΩ resistance!
This is a very repetitive video, so I did my best to edit it in a fun way. Just the same, I wanted to get across the tremendous amount of time this stage of the project took. This video had well over 20 hours of raw footage! So happy to have this done, and looking forward to starting to assemble the packs in the next video.
