I show how to make a cheap, easy fork alignment gauge. I made this one for about $5. For my 1" fork, I used steel flat bar 1/2" wide x 36" long x 1/8" thick. Aluminum flat bar will work also. For a 1 1/8" fork, I suggest using 3/4" wide x 36" long x 1/8" thick.
