My friend gave me a wreck full of repairs, dents, cracks and damage so I fixed it up over the past couple of weeks and designed custom all moving elevators for it. It flew great.
The elevators, EDF, nose gear and ventral fins are 3D-printed. The intake duct has been opened up a lot and the nose gear retract has been lowered to improve airflow. I also removed the center section of the carbon wing spar that blocks airflow in the duct and cleaned up the rudder linkage to reduce drag there as well.
