Maiden flight with my new simple Hercules design. This has flaps and better printability and easier assembly than the old version. The gunship is printed from PCTG which is a material that can handle high temperatures, which will be needed with the flat black finish in sunlight. I also printed a white L-100 version from LW-PLA seen in the opening photo.
It flew fine despite the relatively high weight of 1450 g and flaps worked well, but added a lot of up elevator that I need to compensate for with a mix.
