Magnum J. Mee certainly ranks among one of the better short films from the early days (I recognize this isn't saying much). It's ridiculous, of course, but it has some small amount of plot and an indication of gradual improvement in our filmmaking capabilities. Jamie Reardon plays the title character: a private detective/bounty hunter (who apparently harbors some minor super-powers) on a mission to hunt down and kill the evil Douglas Wolfgang, played by Doug Libby.
