This is the fangame _Mega Man Again,_ created by SlingshotMage. It is MM1 remade with many additional features like: charge shot, quick weapon switch, playable Robot Masters, shop, equipable chips, widescreen and more! It ends up being a very fun mix of MM1 with Mega Man Powered Up, with plenty of charm and replayability!
_Mega Man Again_ currently consists of MM1 (including Time Man and Oil Man); and the developer is working on adding the entirety of Mega Man 2 to this game in the future! Can you imagine how cool that will be?
