Sometimes we wonder if we're being authentic to ourselves or not... At least, I do. Personally, I think being true to yourself is the quickest way to happiness, but it's not easy. This world is filled with other people, and invariably those people have an effect on us. For some of those people, we care very deeply. Yet, sometimes we are met at a crossroads of "me vs. you", and things can get a bit sticky. I still say, with as much compassion and understanding as possible... "Be true to yourself."
