The Madlanga Commission spokesperson, Jeremy Michaels, says the health status of suspended deputy Crime Intelligence head Major-General Feroz Khan has not been officially communicated to the Commission.

Michaels' comments follow reports that Khan has reportedly been re-admitted to hospital.
