The ANC says while there is evidence of contact between Police Minister on special leave, Senzo Mchunu, and the currently incarcerated alleged political fixer, Brown Mogotsi, and businessman Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala, there is nothing to suggest their relationship was corrupt.

The Ad Hoc committee dealing with allegations of criminality in the SAPS has met to finalise its report, which must be tabled in the National Assembly by the 11th of September.
