Mad Scientist Rag by Ron O'Dell (2001) ⚡
For October, I thought I'd share some "spooky" rags (Ragtime is inherently dance music though, so it's difficult to make it sound scary). Some have spooky-sounding titles and this one does actually feel pretty sinister and unhinged!
